The challenge
Give a Brasília broker's listings a site that feels like the homes it sells, with every enquiry continuing on WhatsApp.
Decisions
The first screen is guarded by a geometry and pixel test, run at four test widths: 320, 390, 768 and 1440 px.
Every third listing becomes a night sheet, with cream type, sand hairlines and the specs set in columns, and the photo viewer is gallery black.
The closing form shows a live preview of the WhatsApp message it will open, and it also works without JavaScript.
The experience
A calm, editorial scroll through the catalogue: each property opens its own gallery, and the last sheet writes the message for you.
