The challenge

Give a managed IT provider a site that shows how an incident is handled, not just which services it sells.

Decisions

  1. One scene, confined to one chapter, follows an incident from the first alert, through each support tier, to the report at dawn; the daylight sections after it carry no scene.

  2. The scene loads only on capable devices, after the page has loaded and the chapter is in view; Save-Data, reduced motion, low memory, few cores, no WebGL2 or a software renderer keep the still image.

  3. If the first frames run slow, the scene draws a single frame, stops and hands back to the still.

The experience

A night network under observation that ends at dawn; quote requests go to a form or WhatsApp, and the form also works without JavaScript.
